I contacted Pam before we knew we were moving to Maine. Maine was one of several states we were considering. Most realtors I contacted in various states said "call me when you decide." Not Pam! We researched homes on our own in various parts of the State and if I had any questions, Pam would send me additional information. We finally decided we were moving to Maine but we still had no idea where my wife would obtain employment and we continued our research. By the time my wife accepted a job offer, we had a good idea of what we wanted. She showed us several homes we chose and helped us with home inspections, radon tests and we greatly appreciated her advice.
