A number of problems surfaced that wasn’t known until we reached the closing which resulted in multiple delays. Since I resided outside the state of Maine, she was pivotal in tackling the issues. Often times in these situations you worry (or at least I do) that you aren't the client buying the 500k dollar home and that you may not be the priority, but that was never ever the case. Pam was so quick to respond to any questions and to schedule as many walk throughs as I could find. I was constantly changing my mind and even making myself crazy. Every time she'd reassure me, "that's ok, on to the next one". I never felt like a burden. When we finally found the property for us she handled EVERYTHING and we truly felt like she was there for US. I genuinely could NOT have asked for a better experience. I'm so grateful for the work that she put in for us and she certainly gained loyal clients who will share her name whenever we get the chance!!

So much so that when it came time to sell, we hired him again. He answers all questions quickly and pretty close to 24/7 (seriously he may never sleep). He never makes you feel foolish for asking a question and goes out of his way to be available around your schedule. He makes you feel like you're his top priority the entire time you're working with him, even when he's juggling multiple clients. Would 100% work with Steve again.

Never have I worked with anyone that was more prompt at returning calls, emails and texts. Pam and her husband Steve were at every inspection looking out for my best interest. They were there when the septic was replaced. Pam recommended a roof specialist after I had some concerns with that and they were also prompt, knowledgeable and fairly priced. After the close Pam and Steve came with a large trailer to take away a load of old unusable furniture I agreed to dispose of as part of the sale. Never in my past home purchases did I ever hear a peep from my agent after the commission check was cashed but Pam broke that streak as well. My plan is to never buy another home but if I do I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else.

Finding 2 detached houses on a single lot was a huge ask and we found the perfect place. Pam was always available, despite the season, travel plans, and family emergencies. Everything moved smoothly along from offer to inspection, to counter offer and close.
